We’ll decide together whether a 30-minute session is a good fit based on your goals, where you are in therapy, and the type of support you’re looking for. This session length may be appropriate for clients who, for example:

  • Want maintenance sessions

  • Prefer focused problem-solving

  • Have scheduling constraints

30-minute therapy session $160

Policy

  • I’m not paneled with any health insurance and I am a private pay, out-of-network provider. You’ll find more information in the FAQ. 

  • I can provide a superbill for you to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement. You’ll find more information in the FAQ. 

  • Payment is due at each session and will be automatically charged using the payment information on file. 

  • Accepted forms of payment include credit and HSA/FSA cards. I do not accept cash or checks.

Payment

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment without canceling in advance, you will be charged 75% of the scheduled session fee.
